Challenge- Day 6
The meditation in the early morning started with burning stomach. I tried some breathing exercise, and the Gyan Mudra to help me out in focusing. It went definitely better than the past few days. I had a walk around 12, the air has been heavy the whole day. Nothing very insightful, but I still paid attention to what was happening around me for 30 minutes. I noticed a colour predominance of dark blue and white and the heavy clouds opening only to some light blue spots. The day was another long one at work. I did 15 more minutes of meditation before going out and my mind was still talkative, but less overwhelming. And I…
