6th Day
Sixth day of the challenge.It's late again. Or soon. I did the meditation and the walk one after the other. It was great. I explain more, later.Meditation helps to focus, to control our tempers. This morning I was barely conscious when I wrote my post. It wasn't the brightest post, but I had written it. I don't know what happened that wasn't saved or I erased it foolishly.
