Day 8th
Eighth day; Today I did the challenge exercises one after the other. As I slept late, and started working at 8pm, I allowed myself a relaxed morning, cleaned the room and meditated 30 minutes. The meditation was odd. I have deconcentrated a couple of times due to coughing, but well, I have kept the type. I noticed the effect of the meditation the rest of the day. I feel the world more relative, and anything personal I see in perspective, more dispassionate, which is perfect for acting the best in any situation.
