This full moon left me exhausted but fulfilled.
I did my 30 minutes meditation as soon as I wok up, but I was too tired and my chatty mind was taking over way too ofte, so I’ll meditate some more just before sleeping. I felt very low energy throughout the day, the lack of sleep is noticeable, but I got going and after work I also managed a pizza and birthday with collegues and friends.
I just went out for the conscious walk, and I decided to retrace my route of yesterday. I went through the North Bridge and I looked at the II World War memorial statues, with the same seagull in the same position on top of the same soldier’s helmet. There is always a seagull there, like they are changing the Queen’s Guard or something.
I walked towards Calton Hill again and I noticed a map that’s always been there but I never looked at because there are always so many tourists in front of it.
I enjoyed the refreshing and quiet atmosphere, and I saw 2 magpies, which I find very special birds, with their elegant colours. I couldn’t recreate the same atmosphere as yesterday, but I felt very peacful, my mind at rest.
Going back home I could just think of my bed, which I’m going to embrace soon, after 15 more minutes of meditation.
Sweet and Peaceful Dreams!
