Yesterday my last 15 minutes were with a video of a website called Gaia.com to which I subscribed. They have Yoga classes, meditations and several documentaries. I chose a meditation called Cross Heart Meditation by Krishna Kaur. Very good. It was 15 minutes, but it expanded very nicely. I woke up more serene and in a cynical humor but happy inside.

The mantras help me a lot to meditate. They keep the mind busy with the phrase you are saying and help you into a trance by following the rhythm of the phrases/musicality of the syllables.

My walk was as I left the bar. I had a couple of beers when I finished and about 8:30 I decided to go home.

I took a different path than usual, not taking a long detour, but going through narrow streets that I don’t usually go through. A pub caught my attention and I went in to investigate. I had passed by the side on numerous occasions, but I never entered because it never happened that I wanted to drink something as I passed by. I liked its decoration, you can see that it was built to impress and that in its time must have been a divine place of death and exclusive. The photo of the day is of one of his wallpapers, which caught my attention. The Thistle is the national flower of Scotland, the emblem of the country in numerous heraldic.

Coming out of the alley I found a wonderful view. Rainbow flags flying in public buildings. I am glad to be in a country where the flag of diversity is a source of pride and not moral debate.
My pace was slow and relaxed, I didn’t want to walk much, I wanted to walk quietly to my house.

By the time I ordered dinner, the 30 minutes had passed.

I just did the meditation. I have used mantras again;

OM MANI PADME HUM

This is a Tibetan mantra, it would translate as “The Jewel is in the Lotus.”
I love this mantra, it feels super good to work with it, it gives me energy and decision.

I can’t say more. It’s raining outside and I love the sound of rain on the roof.
