I slept 4 hours and woke up for the heat, with my forehead leaking sweat off. Still I felt in a good mood and well rested and in the present moment.

I was supposed to meet my family to go to the lake and have a bath, instead they called me as an unexpected storm was just starting, so they would pick me up to go home. On the way back I enjoyed looking at a lighting storm, with thunder and big wet drops of water making the streets steam away their heat and creating a light fog of vapor. It lasted 20 minutes, a typical summer storm that left the air a bit lighter and cooler.

It lifted off like a curtain, and the rest of the day was sunny and warm. I enjoyed a conscious walk in the surroundings with a friend. No major sinchronicity, only walking through familiar places and enjoying simple little things.

I spent the rest of the day with my family, read a little and waited for them to go to sleep to do my meditation. I suddenly started feeling very hot, I didn’t know how to deal with it but I kept going. My forehead has been sweaty all the time, until I started feeling my body becoming lighter and lighter and I got scared of loosing control. I tried to ground myself but I still felt uneasy, so I activated some Reiki energy and I concluded the rest of the meditation with it.

Not sure where this last-minute anxiety was coming from. Being present to myself.
