This is the mantra that has sounded for 30 minutes in my meditation today. Prior to the meditation I prepared an altar with my new acquisitions from Turkey, to program the crystals and energize if there was even more room, the session.
The breath was lost in the internal experience that I have lived and it made me nervous. Vivid colors, and the physical sensation of energy vibrating and flowing; of how your mind affects them as well. The energy was stuck in the third eye, like a river stopped by a prey.
I love that mantra.
I’ve been lenient with myself today, and it’s because I decided to solve a problem with the web that I had my head in…
and because I met a good friend and we ate my Turkish baklava together.
I accompanied Mireia home with my conscious walk. The air was a delight and I felt very awake but soft at the same time. I feel comfortable. Today’s color is green and gold. We walked by a cementery and I enjoyed the atmosfere and took some photos. Breathing this fresh air was gorgeous after the weather down south.
Today’s reflection: When something without immediate explanation occurs it is correct to use any honest method for the purpose of finding that explanation and understanding the event.
