It was a very good day, indeed. Susana and I went hiking around the Roslin area, walking in the woods and following the river, being refreshed by the sounds and peace of nature.

We went through a well known place and then moved on along an unexplored path, observing the leaves, the trees growing in awkward ways, feeling the change of energy when passing close to specific trees or when being closer to the water.

We stopped to meditate in a very peaceful circular glade, trees all around and the river not too far, murmuring and helping us to focus. I closed my eyes and immediately saw my protective black wolf, sitting next to me and making me feel secure. A wonderful deer, a prince of the forest, came to sit next to me, making me feel loved. A big black bear, the spirit of the woods we were in, came to check and looked at us sitting in a peaceful and relaxed way, not to far from where we were.

We slowly made our way back and I enjoyed my day deeply, and the Chi filling me up was again strong and vibrant.

Will soon head back to take a shower and sleep, as I feel completely drained. Before sleep 15 more minutes of meditation, and this day was as easy as it sounds.

Feeling whole and protected, despite all.
