Day 46th

raceMy day happened very fast and unexpectedly. Although that, I counted on the day before that my day ended around 8 am…
I have taken a conscious walk through the city that has lasted for hours. The city is in the middle of summer and it was hot.
I have just done a meditation of about 30 -40 minutes to end the day.
