Introspection
5%Body 5%Mind 90%Spirit
When we close our eyes, everything goes dark in the first place. This kind of day is a very special one, whose goal is to establish a connection with our spirit that is clear and strong. Of the three areas this is perhaps the most controversial, for, sadly, not everyone believes in the existence of spirit. This routine is designed to be extreme so, that it can be perceived as a test, as a door to the inner world of each of us; a megaphone call to our soul to respond.
To achieve the best introspection it is advised that on this day the participant abstains from communicating with anyone, the only person you should be in contact with is YOU. In fact, the world can be a distraction, the internet is highly discouraged, as it is full of information; look out the window too, on a black day the world disappears and you are left alone with yourself. Another recommendation is to eat as little as possible, even fasting totally or partially, as this helps to sharpen our perceptions, digestion consumes a lot of energy, and we need all the energy we can get for our inner search, we also don’t want to be thinking about what to cook.
In short, remove any stimulus from your day to make room for silence and self-contemplation. As expected, most work is focused on the spirit, but a minimum of mental and physical activity is also necessary to facilitate concentration on it; complementary to spiritual activity, and as a mechanism to avoid overwhelming.
To achieve the Perfect Black Day, one must gain 5 points of body, 5 of mind, and 90 of SPIRIT!
