I've started the day with conscious walking. Laura picked me up at my house and together we walked through Leith Walk, deciding which restaurant to eat at. It has been a fun walk, we have talked about the challenge and how we feel about it. The number of shops with antique or second-hand furniture is unbelievable. We entered a couple of stores. Whenever I walk into a charity store I think of those who first wore the clothes. Who would that be? Day 14th

Yesterday my last 15 minutes were with a video of a website called Gaia.com to which I subscribed. They have Yoga classes, meditations and several documentaries. I chose a meditation called Cross Heart Meditation by Krishna Kaur. Very good. It was 15 minutes, but it expanded very nicely. I woke up more serene and in a cynical humor but happy inside. The mantras help me a lot to meditate. They keep the mind busy with the phrase you are saying and help you into a trance by following the rhythm of the phrases/musicality of the syllables. Day 13th

Today the queen of cynicism has settled in my mind. I cannot see my current reality and history from a cynical frame. I have worked a lot in the bar and it has been quite full, with noise, and people drunk; a bar. I haven't been able to do meditation before going to work, and of course I haven't had time to do the conscious walk. From home to work. From one roof to another, and this one, full of drunken rock. Day 12th

21 de Junio, Summer Solstice. I always celebrate it near the sea. The rituals I do on the solstice always seem less than they later are. In this one we have focused on prosperity. The environmental energy is now very high and maybe that's why Laura and I feel a little overloaded and tired; if the environment is loaded and you are more perceptive to be more sensitive to that overload in your own system. Day 11th

Day 11; Yesterday was not a good night, I was working on the web and I found a technical problem that escapes my knowledge, I could not solve it and I flagellate myself internally for it. Day 10th

(I don't know what the f*ck happened here this post was supposed to be published already at 4 am) I had a very pleasent day of, I’d been working on the site this day off and then went out for my conscious walk. Today’s color was definetly purple, it was everywhere. I wander towards the Royal Botanical Gardens of Edinburgh which are quite pretty and full of different species of plants. Day 9th

Ninth day; To do the meditation, which I have just finished, I have put a video on Youtube called "Frequency of love 639 hz" . I like to meditate with background music, as I can concentrate on that music and forget about the outside world completely. The frequencies are quite useful as background sound, as they are not usually very strident, are ambient, and fill the environment with good vibrations, usually. Meditation has been normal. Thoughts came and went. I have interrupted a little cough, which is already improving, I haven't coughed all day and I start coughing just when I have to do the meditation. Day 8th

Eighth day; Today I did the challenge exercises one after the other. As I slept late, and started working at 8pm, I allowed myself a relaxed morning, cleaned the room and meditated 30 minutes. The meditation was odd. I have deconcentrated a couple of times due to coughing, but well, I have kept the type. I noticed the effect of the meditation the rest of the day. I feel the world more relative, and anything personal I see in perspective, more dispassionate, which is perfect for acting the best in any situation. Day 7th

Seventh day: I didn't get much sleep. I woke up between 12:00 and 1:00 noon. I was working at 6, so I took the opportunity to edit yesterday's post. I wanted to do some of the meditations, but in the end I got involved and couldn't do any of the challenge exercises. I always tend to procastinate and leave things for the last moment, with the positive and negative that entails, especially negative. My body is tired of having slept little and I plan to recover today and tomorrow. The party was very worthwhile, I was dancing when the sun appeared over the sea.
