Brown

Strength

55%Body   30%Mind   15%Spirit

There are aspects of our personality that are central to the person we are. Those values that make us strong because we believe in them keep us standing with dignity, like the trunk of a tree keeps the structure of the being working. Its bark also protects it from the outside, which can sometimes be aggressive to the tree. The brown days serve to strengthen ourselves in the three areas of influence of these routines.

If the body is not healthy and resilient the possibilities in life will be limited in great numbers, our ability to be free as well, that is why it is important to cultivate a physical strength, a background so that our body cannot be caught off guard. Physical exercise levels us up in many ways, mentally and spiritually, keeps the person active, and benefits incredibly the immune system, which, as we all know, is very important. Having strong and well worked out muscles looks good, as well, gives us confidence that we can defend ourselves, or try to do so, if necessary. The mind is very important when it comes to generating strength. No matter how strong your muscles are, if two words can disarm you, I’m sorry, you are not as strong as a person. On brown days the mind will work to strengthen your convictions, to perfect techniques, ideas, languages, to practice something we already know and want to improve. Self-observation is important too, to judge ourselves (without being evil to ourselves) to improve, to see if some of our ideas of the world are sustained, if they bring us or take us away. To give ourselves courage, to understand and accept what value we have, easier to say than to do sometimes, is very important to maintain a balance and to stand firm in the face of injustices committed against us and against what we value. The spirit is what builds this strength, which assimilates and integrates it. We work a lot on spiritual strength in other colors, which is why, and although it is important to be strong spiritually, the percentage of spirit is the lowest. There is no greater strength than being able to keep calm, that nothing can touch you, the spiritual exercise of this routine focuses on that.

To get the Perfect Brown Day we must gain 55 points of body, 30 points of mind, and 15 of spirit.
