I finished the challenge yesterday, and when I woke up this morning I was feeling happy, secure and centred. I walked in-between my work shifts enjoying the soft wind and the relaxed atmosphere, in which people moved with the classic Sunday peaceful and chill mood. I did 2 sections of 15 minutes meditation, with a strong spine and strong Chi flowing through my hands, and on my way to Susana I stopped in Calton Hill, on my stone. I meditated again, on my stone, in the dusk, listening to the traffic noise, the late birds and the sound of the last bagpipes players. When I opened my eyes I was alone on Calton Hill, and I never felt so much at ease with that place.
I decided to complete the challenge today as well, to finish it with Susana as we started 3 (long and intense) months ago. We completed a season, we’ve been riding this cycle in full and we closed another circle. What I think we got to understand best, in this experience, is where we both stand.
We allowed our personalities to emerge and create their own exploring tools, applying them to the everyday life to create a Familiar Territory in which soul and body and psyche can feel comfortable in looking at each other and communicate their own needs. A daily communion of our whole being, to love and expand itself.
