Challenge – Day 3

Electricity, Electricity, Electricity.

I felt like this the whole day. I woke up putting and alarm at 5.55, in order to do 15 minutes meditation before going to work at 6.30am. It was e a very good idea, as the morning turned out very busy and the meditation relaxed me enough to deal with all the little difficulties and inconveniences, which culminated in an Internet crash that lasted a couple of hours.

After my shift I went for a coffee and the card machine stopped working twice while I was trying to pay! I started my 30 minutes walk along Princes Street and Rose Street.

I stopped in one of my favourite bookshop to escape the rain, which I shouldn’t have done, as I’m a compulsive reader. So now I have 7 new books. And a catalougue. Of an upcoming Book Festival.

I concluded my day with 15 more minutes of meditation, including some Reiki with it this time. The meditation today worked much better, the thoughts were less invasive, and I was able to feel my body and ease the energy flow… Electricity.

I felt the world around me unstable in a nervous, snappy way. Maybe it was the heavy rain pouring for most of the day, but this feeling has been with me since early morning.
