Many random images come rapidly everytime that I meditate. Also, Synchronicity is clockwork. Birds and butterflies open the roads for me when I head out, I meet people with perfect timing and I didn’t even need to plan this day to put everyone at the right place and time. They just kept happening in my way at a perfect pace.
I met old friends, did some card readings together and felt my energy strong and burning. Sitting to meditate I feel tingles at both my hands and feet and, after it, I feel hot.
Again some troubles of energy release, my body is too warm and not even Reiki can stop this. A conscious walk during the night helped me enjoy a bit of “fresh” (or better, not so deadly hot) air. Still in need for cooling off. I will try the lake again tomorrow.
