Challenge – Day 35

Walking was hard. The excitement of the last couple o days makes it very hard to focus on the road, and all the tourists and people walking by make it all less enjoyable and harder to do…

I split the walk in 2 parts, 2 sessions of 25 minutes, in which the first 10 were lost in daily thoughts/worries/expectations that I can’t really get rid of.

The meditation was really good instead, 2 sessions for a total of 45 minutes. In both cases I felt incredibly good. The first time (at 12) I felt a white light filling me up and Ganesha being there with me. I was protected and strong.

The second one, in the evening in Calton Hill, was even more interesting, as I felt like someone was holding a hand against my back, like supporting it, and then my open hands physically feeling the chi coming through.

Although, personally, my life is not having any interesting change, I manage not to be lost in daydreaming and expectations, spiritually I feel connected and protected
