The meditation in the early morning started with burning stomach. I tried some breathing exercise, and the Gyan Mudra to help me out in focusing. It went definitely better than the past frew days.
I had a walk around 12, the air has been heavy the whole day. Nothing very insightful happened, but I still paid attention to what was happening around me for 30 minutes. I noticed a colour predominance of dark blue and white and the heavy clouds opening only to some light blue spots. The day was another long one at work.
I did 15minutes more of meditation, before going out and my mind was still talkative, but less overwhelming. And I didn’t need to use any mudra this time!
It was a fairly simple day, not exciting but I felt in control.
