A little stronger. Baby steps, and long walks in the park in-between work are really helpful and grounding. This evening crows were opening my way, magpies were following me, and a rainbow welcomed me on top of Calton Hill.
In the afternoon, after a long work shift, I meditated 30 minutes with an Om chanting tune, and I felt immediately a very strong spine. Despite the still-lingering daydreaming attacks, I had frequent moment of mental space and deep breaths, at a certain time something very peaceful and white opened up in the left side of my brain. I couldn’t tell what it was as it could not expand to the other side yet. I’ll see if I can unlock this part with some Reiki before sleep.
During a break from work this morning I stopped in a charity shop, where I bought a nice book of short stories and where, at the till, they offered free positive thoughts to be picked up from a jug. Mine, for today:
