Last bus day.
My mind is used to the road therefore the trip felt faster.
My conscious observation started on the bus, going from Izmir to Bursa. White and pink are secondary colors of today… but green turquoise is definetly the main one. The landscape was green full of vegetation. I enjoyed the sight of green.
Then we arrived to Bursa, where most of things were green:
The walls next to the road, tram, football stadium, and the Green mosque and green mausoleum. Well those last two were turquoise after a earthquake long time ago. The name remained the same.
My mood was alright today, a bit explosive though… I’ve noticed that is easy for me to follow and realise my moods, understand them and then relativize their effects or even transmute them.
When aproaching Istanbul I started to feel excitment, my heart was/is open… My feelings are powerful and breathing is almost sensually arosing. Those are symptoms of my heart chakra being open.
I feel happy to be here but a bit stressed of the lack of sleep and the sharing my time/space with other people and my family. I guess is normal, I can be quite harsh sometimes and I had been represing the poison to not hurt my beloved ones… is giving me itchiness and irritated skin in my throat.
Just did 30 min meditation in my hotel room, chanting the mantra
OM NAMAH SHIVAYAH
I enjoy this one because it relax me straight away. During the meditation I had weird visuals and then I saw Shiva with Red eyes coming towards me. It had been a powerfull meditation. It was a pity I had to move my right leg because it went sleepy and annoying; but kept the meditation going by repeating the mantra. It worked.
