I am so sleepy at this words.

I ‘d been all day walking consciously and then meditation for 40 minutes.

Reflexion: The taste of compasion is lemon

I will enlarge this post.

Well, it’s time to recap yesterday’s events. It was a nondescript day but remarkable in terms of realizations, illuminations about realities of life.

To begin with, this website underwent a transformation. It had hit a dam. All my effort was about to get stuck in a drain full of hair and shit, with no possibility of any more flowing… With that mental framework I went to Turkey and on vacation (damn I would like to be in the sea right now feeling the toilet in my skin). I managed to forget the disgust of not being able to fix the problem. I put a little plug on my emotions about it and decided to deal with the problem later, i.e. the day before yesterday.

After a hard night battle I arrived with a patch, a solution that solves the problem, although it doesn’t really fix it. Something is something. The fact is that the motivation for that achievement helped me to develop the design a bit more.

Yesterday I felt incredibly CREATIVE. The creative energy flowed into me and I was having great ideas all day. I updated the blog design and caught up, a little bit, with the design issues.

While I was working on the web I noticed a sound in the air. It was mysterious, harmonic. I didn’t know where it came from. My senses are sharpening and practicing harmonics all the time is opening my ear. I’ve seen strange things too, but I still can’t describe it well.

I had met a friend at 6 o’clock to go for a walk, so at 8 o’clock I was ready to leave.

I started my conscious walk on London Road Park, just as I will today.

I left my block of flats and immediately embraced the energy of the walk. What’s the color of the day? Then a bright greenish yellow came to my head. For an instant I thought: why? So random, but after the thought and throughout the walk I did not stop finding that color.
Immediately I began to reflect on color.

If the yellow or gold color is related to the solar plexus chakra, the handling and acceptance of our own emotions, and the green with the heart chakra, which handles the expression of these in vibrational form, the peace, the growth, the emotion that expands… the lemon green is a mixture of both; the color of empathy and compassion I resolved. If yellow becomes lighter and blends with the next color, green, that point where the two colors come together is compassion, for you and for others. The emotions we experience come from inside and outside, accepting them, embracing them and transmuting them into compassion generates that color, lemon green.

The trees embraced me with their energy when I walked under them, I noticed it right away. As I continued walking I saw a plant with something strange, almost alien, that caught my attention.

My steps went to Holyrood Park, for me the Edinburgh symbol. I was meeting my friend in front of the lake with swans from the park…

We had a short conversation and followed the walk. Her energy was a little stirred, and the walk was quite quiet. At one point I told her that I wanted to go cross-country, improvise and feel nature. I parted a little and climbed a hill to find the perfect landscape to photograph.
The walk went on for a while longer, much more than 30 minutes I did yesterday. We ended up in his flat having dinner and chatting. When I finished I came back on the rainy night. Every day I love the rain more, now that my leak is fixed. The solitary streets, the smell, the air and the breeze or the wind while it rains awaken my senses in a very special way.

When I got home my energy collapsed. I did 40 minutes of meditation with Ajai Alai mantra, which I put yesterday. I relaxed quickly, even though I was sitting I had trouble not falling asleep. I saw a lot of colors and I really went into a meditative state very easily.
When I finished I wrote the post birria that you can read above and I unplugged the machine.

Reflection: Compassion tastes like lemon
