I woke up after well deserved rest. As I was starting at the pub at 7pm, my day was quite relaxing meaning I did not have to rush at all.

I did cards to my friend Neus and just kept surfing the wave of wisdom that my mind has felt for a wee time until now.

Mireia arrived and soon we were doing a well needed catching up.

We did together a 30 minutes meditation…

Man! What a experience!

We decided to do a Mantra to Kali and Durga.
OM MATA KALI OM MATA DURGA
OM MATA KALI OM MATA DURGA
KALI DURGA NAMOH NAMAH
KALI DURGA NAMOH NAMAH

While chanting the mantras we were using a rosary/mala, a tool with the shape of a beaded necklace , if you like, with little balls or elements that you skip with your fingers in every repetition that you do.
I had my new bone-made one, I was thrilled to use it for the very first time.

Well, the feeling percieved from it it’s grounding, and like carrying a hidden power/force inside, a yu-yu if you like.

That envigorated my own vibrations. I had the chance to feel how the energy was flowing.

Now, in this wee post of reflexion, I realise that during the meditation I was focusing in feeling the energy within my body, when energy is everything then, it would be more apropiate to aproach the exercise framing your mind with the idea that you are going to feel your energy, your field.

My field was quite fas moving today. Probably preparing me for the busy night at the pub.

After 15 minutes and Aramean mantra jumped on the playlist and we just loved it and kept meditating.

It was so soul feeling, so easing, and envigorating what I felt that it might had to do with the fact that I am still awake and, I bielieve, present in this words.

Our minds were somewhere between Pluto and Neptune; we did overtone singing for a while, back to back, just chanting in meditative state.

Wow that was great!

After we hit the street for a bit of conscious walk! The colors of the day were, definetly wine/aubergine and lemon.

The energy of the city is quite sparkly… its getting ready for the Fringe.

Mireia wanted to shop, so I went with her and helped her inner Libra what to chose, and bought a good book for me and a wee repository of beauty products.

I went to the pub through the Royal Mile, quite busy already and enter the Scotsmans Lounge madness of a good Saturday evening.

And here I am, reflecting about my day which officially has already past, but with my eyes wide open.
