It’s been a bit of a long day off today. I took the conscious walk after having tea with a friend, as I had to go shopping in a couple of places for an activity I am preparing.
The day was overcast and although it seemed that in the face of the scarcity of sunlight the colors should go out, I didn’t feel that way. Everything kept its vibrant summer color, even for a cool day.
Today’s color is white, lilac. I saw a little white butterfly resting on Thistle and how shy she was that she was nearby, I couldn’t take any pictures.
I’ve walked more than half an hour to spare today, again I’m a little tired.
I just did the half-hour meditation with relaxing music. If I am honest it is not one of the best meditations, I just got back from a pub and the music was loud and my mind is a little expectant and dispersed due to recent events in my life. However I feel relaxed, my mind is clear now…
