Today has been a nice day. The work was active and the musicians were quite cool because os the Fringe Festival.
Apparently a huge storm was happening but I was busy at the pub to really notice.
I did my meditation with Naomi. We were visualizing us floating in the sea… many thoughts and daydream happened, but many things are happening now too my mind needed the extra processing.
It was a nice feeling of relaxation the result.
The conscious walk was in the night. What a wonderful energy has the city in the night. Is relaxed but untamed… it was very good walk as we were silent just observing and commenting the journey.
