Connection and communion with nature

One of the first associations that will come to mind with the color green is plants, nature. In the natural world, everything is interconnected, everything is communicating with everything, forming the wheel of life. In the system of the 7 chakras, the four is that one of the heart, it is related to the ability to open ourselves to the world and to others, to connect, being open with our feelings and loving.
The benefits of going into nature are over proven by science in numerous studies, and if possible (assuming there is no global quarantine) on a green day it is recommended to connect with nature. As I have said sometimes this is not possible, however, nature is everywhere because everything comes from it, using imagination or changing the perspective of our environment can be the key; talking to our plants or dog too. Connecting also refers to communicating with other people, having a deep conversation, catching up with a lifelong friend, and ultimately opening our hearts to the world and showing ourselves. Very easy to say, not so easy to achieve, as it is scary.
Spiritual work is important because it will help us to place ourselves in a stable, positive, and open emotional state; giving us strength. Mind work is the basis of communication in these routines, our mind is what does the work to allow itself to connect, to understand and not faint or fall prey to negativity. Exercising the body will help burn off excess energy, promote concentration and give us an explosion of positivity about ourselves.
