Perception and appreciation
15%Body 25%Mind 60%Spirit
Training our perceptions might seem like science fiction, but it can be done. At PsycheNautics we have designed a Challenge for those who wish to see how this is possible. I can assure you from the experience of that Challenge that, like many other things, perception can be worked on and improved. In the chakra system the color indigo is associated with the sixth chakra, or third eye, which is related to the ability to discern and see reality beyond the veil of the mundane. The third eye is the gateway to so-called extrasensory perceptions, so devoting a color and a day of routine will be a good idea for anyone who wants to investigate beyond normality.
This day has a great spiritual component since perception comes from the spirit. In the appreciation of reality there is no judgment involved, only the inner knowledge that what is perceived is real. We have been told many things, filling the mind with thousands of ideas of how the world is, how it works, what is possible and what is madness. Well, with this routine we intend to go further, to use that ability, more or less hidden, to appreciate what we receive from the world as it is, without any kind of mental construction around it. That’s why the mind is important, no matter how much you meditate, if the mind is restless it will cost you twice as much to concentrate on the subtle perceptions, if you start judging everything you see the perception is lost, and the mind loves to judge, to discern. It’s necessary that the mind is able to visualize, able to open itself in an absolute and relaxed way, but that it can also respond to the person’s will. Finally, although the body has a small percentage it is important to keep it flexible in this routine, it is important to move, even if it is a minimum, as it raises the energy levels and this facilitates perception.
To achieve the Perfect indigo Day requires 15 points of body, 25 of mind, and 60 of spirit.
