To reach our maximum the balance between the three areas must be perfect, the energy must be flowing smoothly, in the most optimal way possible, this will fill us with power, with security in us. That is why in this routine all the sections have exactly the same percentage.
The body must be active, it must be exercised, a person who feels satisfied with himself after having done some routine, intense choreography or running X kilometers, usually feels much more confident of himself and therefore shines more, with a light of health. Likewise, the mind needs to be exercised so as not to become lazy or wandering, the appropriate management of mental energies will ensure that we manage to finish projects, will facilitate communication with others and with ourselves, and in short, will make us feel proud of our abilities, we will be walking along the path of achieving our dreams. The spirit is what will establish this energy of security and radiant beauty, from the inside out. Allowing the spirit to perspire sufficiently, to express itself and reinforce its presence in us is of vital importance for everyone, and on the yellow day we exercise the spiritual part of our being in a way that helps us to shine, to give us security, joy, optimism and above all to recognize how wonderful we can feel; any doubt will be perceived as more insignificant, existential anxiety will also be relaxed to a certain extent.
This day, like the purple one, shows us that for reaching our maximum potential we must aspire to the absolute balance of all the parts that make us up.
