Pink

Vulnerability and caprices

 25%Body  30%Mind  45%Spirit

When it is said that someone sees life in pink, it means that this person has an innocent and sweet vision of reality; one of comfort and also of putting themselves in a position of vulnerability. I relate pink also with those more tender and fragile emotions, with those moments that we are at ease with ourselves, that we appreciate our beauty and that around us. We feel in a bubble of well-being in which we can lower our guard completely because we naively forget how terrible life can be. This day should be used to make ourselves beautiful, to show off, but more than for anyone else, for ourselves.

Being strict about our routines can help us achieve balance, of course, but the human being is a fluctuating being, in constant change, and with many different needs. The mood you feel today is going to affect you in a certain way, and we all know what relaxes us automatically, what makes us experience pleasure and feel for a moment, or usually, lucky of being alive. The body feels more alive when it is active, that’s why moving is important on the pink day, we could be squashed on the couch all day, but at the end of the day we would surely not feel like a princess, but rather like a slug. There are several options, choose the ones that resonate and make you feel active, but don’t overdo it. The mind is important, allowing the mind to admit that one should not be productive, but that today it is time to pamper oneself, to nourish our sweetness and admire how vulnerable we are, without being ashamed of it, is very important for the total balance of our being. We are not robots or insensitive, even though this crazy society tries to make us believe otherwise. The spiritual work here will focus on amplifying this vulnerability, and settling it down so that it becomes part of us and we avoid rejecting it.

To achieve the pink Perfect Day it is necessary to gain 25 points of body, 30 points of mind, and 45 points of spirit.
