Day 54th

The festival has started in Edinburgh, or how locals call it "the nightmare" thousands of people coming to the town. But this year is going to be different, I will be doing Tarot readings on the Royal Mile. Today I've been working all day and then at the end of the shift I did my conscious walk through the Royal Mile, observing how the city is getting alive and sparkling with all this art coming in. I felt like I am finally part of the city. Now gathering with some of friends/witches we are going to do 15 minutes meditation to Kali and a wee ritual because we are going to a party!!!!

Day 53th

Waking up with a hangover is not the best, especially after 4 hours of sleep. Today has been a long and hard day, since my body was in compromise due to last night's departure. I worked 10 hours in a row to end up devastated and decided to do my walk consciously after finishing my shift. I walked down the street until I reached Calton Hill, where I enjoyed the scenery and the sunlight covered by clouds. Day 52th

I just read the title of Laura ' s post, could not be more alright. My meditation today was outstanding I used rose quartz and lapislázuli along with Mongolian throat singing and mantras. That was 1 h intense meditation. I will explain better in a update. My conscious observation was very good. After the meditation I was conscious all the time it was great. Day 51th

A long day after the party. Woke up and prepared my stuff for the Tarot readings I am going to be doing during the Fringe.I draw for a while and it felt great. I have been wanting to just sitio and take my art out for a long time, my soul was yearning for it and today it was almost fulfilled. My conscious walk was very curious one. Day 50th

It's been a bit of a long day off today. I took the conscious walk after having tea with a friend, as I had to go shopping in a couple of places for an activity I am preparing. The day was overcast and although it seemed that in the face of the scarcity of sunlight the colors should go out, I didn't feel that way. Everything kept its vibrant summer color, even for a cool day. Today's color is white, lilac. Day 49th

I'm very tired physically, I need a sleep cure, jump into bed to sleep and not know when I'm going to wake up. Fortunately I have several days to rest. 3 days off from the bar. Mireia came to pick me up at the bar, I was physically tired, but when she came to pick me up and let's say give me a little encouragement, she made me do the conscious walk when I left work. Day 47th

Very intense days and of personal novelties that have been breaking my routine a little bit, in a good way. Today has been a fairly easy day, although I am physically tired of the lack of sleep, the truth is that I feel inspired to write, and since my previous post has been a little short I will deign to try to expand a little more now. Day 46th

raceMy day happened very fast and unexpectedly. Although that, I counted on the day before that my day ended around 8 am… I have taken a conscious walk through the city that has lasted for hours. Day 45th

Today the leak on my ceiling started to water again. I take as a signal of the need of keeping the energy moving. After a quick breakfast I started my conscious walk. Wandering under big trees like the ones you can find in London Road Park, is always refreshing for the velocity of the mind.
