Creativity is the highest expression of the human being. Using our energy to create something new that did not exist before is like a superpower that we should all exercise. Creativity can be used in many fields, all of them in fact, it is a way of living, a predisposition of the mind, it could even be compared to a muscle. The more the individual tries to be creative, the better the muscle functions, the more it gains elasticity and power. Creativity helps us to find new perspectives, to express ourselves, to understand ourselves, to shape ideas of all kinds, to design impossible engineering works, to sing, to discover mathematical formulas, and a lot more. Creativity is the third option between two options, developing it should not be a hobby but an obligation for each of us.

On the orange day the mind plays an important role. Creative impulses must pass through the mind to become concrete as ideas to be expressed in the world. No matter what idea or who you are, you have creative potential, more or less talented, but it is there, and to bring it out it’s also to get a little closer to the inner child that we all have. The body on this day has an important function; many creative acts, such as dancing, for example, are performed with the body. It is our main tool of expression so keeping it active and in top condition seems logical in a creative routine. Without the body feeling good we will hardly be able to feel creative, and it is also quite likely that we will have an excess of physical energy, which will make it difficult for us to concentrate on the task at hand. The same can be said of the spirit; a spiritual exercise will help the inspiration to flow more cleanly and continuously in the mind of the creative; the idea will be realized with less difficulty and expressed more surely.
